Xbrain inaugurates Danang office, laying the foundation for a Cloud & AI ecosystem in central Vietnam

Xbrain in Da Nang

On April 3rd, Xbrain - a member of TechX Corp, officially inaugurated its Da Nang office, marking a pivotal first step in establishing a Cloud & AI operations center in Central Vietnam. This milestone not only reflects the expansion of its technological capabilities but also underscores Xbrain’s strategic ambition to build a comprehensive Cloud & AI ecosystem, positioning itself as a leading Managed Services provider in Vietnam.

The event welcomed over 200 attendees, including representatives from universities, strategic partners, and a vibrant community of students. It created a dynamic platform connecting academia, industry, and the next generation of tech talent. In the context of a growing shortage of hands-on Cloud & AI professionals, Xbrain’s presence in Da Nang signals a strategic approach, where technology development goes hand in hand with talent development.

Da Nang - A strategic move in building a Cloud & AI Hub

Selecting Da Nang as the launchpad is not merely a matter of regional advantage or young talent availability. It is a deliberate strategic decision aligned with national development priorities and the city’s long-term potential.

With a vision to become one of Vietnam’s top three centers for semiconductor innovation and AI applications by 2030, while fostering a high-quality innovation ecosystem, Da Nang is steadily building a robust foundation for technology enterprises. This creates not only a favorable investment environment but also critical conditions for scaling large, complex technology operations that demand both system excellence and deep talent pools.

Xbrain Leadership Team

Aligned with this vision, Xbrain is focused on developing large-scale Cloud & AI operational capabilities while cultivating high-quality tech talent in Da Nang, progressively advancing toward its goal of becoming a leading Managed Services provider in Vietnam, particularly in high-demand sectors such as finance and banking.

Xbrain’s strategic direction toward becoming a leading Managed Services Provider in Cloud and AI

As enterprises accelerate digital transformation and cloud adoption, the challenge has evolved from infrastructure deployment to operating, optimizing, and governing systems at scale. This is precisely the gap Xbrain aims to address.

Mr. Ngo Manh Ha – CEO of Xbrain delivering his keynote speech

Built as part of TechX’s long-term strategy, Xbrain is positioned as a specialized provider of Cloud & AI operations services, including 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, system performance optimization, cloud cost management, and AI/GenAI operations.

Unlike traditional implementation models, Managed Services demand continuous operations, real-time incident response, and lifecycle optimization. This becomes even more critical as enterprises transition toward multi-cloud and increasingly complex distributed systems.

Xbrain is committed to building a standardized operating model that integrates technology, processes, and people, empowering enterprises not only to successfully deploy Cloud systems, but to operate them efficiently, optimize costs, and ensure long-term stability.

From operational excellence to talent strategy

Beyond technology, talent has become the defining factor of operational excellence. According to Mr. Ngo Manh Ha - CEO of Xbrain, the market’s biggest challenge is not the lack of learners, but the gap between academic training and real-world requirements. This is why Xbrain places equal emphasis on talent development as a strategic pillar alongside its Cloud & AI services.

Distinguished guests and students attending the event

The Xbrain x AWS Accelerator & Internship 2026 program is designed as a practice-driven training model. Participants not only build foundational knowledge but also gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and work on real-world projects under the guidance of experts from AWS, TechX, and Xbrain. This approach enables students to progressively develop the capability to deploy and operate real Cloud & AI systems, moving beyond theory into practical execution.

Students actively engaging in event check-in activities

Ultimately, Xbrain aims to bridge the gap between education and employment, contributing to a generation of engineers who are ready to operate systems from day one. As Mr. Ngo Manh Ha emphasized, this is not just about career opportunities, it is about laying the groundwork for Da Nang to become a true technology hub and a genuinely livable city.

Strengthening academia, industry collaboration, and expanding career pathways

A key highlight of the event was the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between Xbrain and 11 universities and partner organizations, marking a significant step in aligning education with industry needs. These partnerships aim to build a comprehensive collaboration framework focused on training, talent development, recruitment, and academic engagement.

Under this initiative, the Xbrain x AWS Accelerator & Internship 2026 program will be implemented to provide students with early exposure to real working environments. The collaboration also includes specialized training, workshops, scholarships, sponsorships, and career orientation activities to enhance students’ practical capabilities.
